Vijay Awards - 2008

Vijay awards is one which is familiar in recent days.Since it is voted my audience and sorted in order by jury's, it is little worth to believe the results.

I went to vijay awards which was held in nehru indoor stadium on last saturday 13th june 2009.It was started little late at 7.30PM only (but even the time mentioned was at 6.30PM)

Celebrities started entering one by one.But the only celebrity to keep the punctuality was Mr.A.R Murugadoss with his wife.He was the first person who was waiting for other people to come, with a good smile on his face and patience.Then came many more famous celebrities like

Kamal with his family and Gouthami family, Manoramaa Aachi,K.Balachander, Srikanth, Mumtaj, Tamanna,Dhanush with his wife, Surya with his whole family includes father, mother and brother (Jo is included here and baby is missing), K.Bhagiyaraj with his family, Samuthrakani, Sasi (from Poo), Sasikumar (subramaniyapuram), Chennai 28 team members,nayantharaa, and it goesssssssss on................

The first dance performance was given by rukmani who acted as male character in Bommalaattam.Her performance was brilliant. Then it was started anchoring by yugi sethu followed by the fame Neeya Naana Gopinath.He was fine in compereing than yugi.

Many awards goes to the right persons like
Best Singer Female - Bombay jayashree
Best Singer Male - Hariharan (he performed a song with leslie and deva from the coming up movie Mothi Vilaiyaadhu)
Best Comedian - Awesome it was - Kamal for Balram naidu in Dasaavatharam
Best Villian - Again Kamal - Fletcher character
Best - Entertainer - Dhanush
Best - Film Crew - Goes to subramaniyapuram team
Best - editing - Subramaniyapuram film
Best Costume Designer - Gaouthami for dasaavatharam
Best - New come - Male - Shanthanu - Hope this alone i cant agree !!!
Best - New comer Female - Parvathi (from Poo)

Then its already 10.45 PM and so i was about to leave and so saw the (super singer clubbed with ungalil yaar aduthaa prabhudeva teams) singing and dances and left home from stadium. It was really fantastic entertainment and i really enjoyed a lot.
